1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through this site:
- Contact form — your name, work email address, phone number, organization, sector and message.
- Request for Quote form — the above plus organization details, project description, federal agency or municipality where applicable, solicitation number, budget range, timeline, compliance requirements, how you heard about us, any documents you attach, and the IP address the submission came from.
We do not buy personal data, and we do not collect it from third-party sources.
3. Submissions must not contain CUI
This website is not an approved system for Classified, ITAR-controlled or Controlled Unclassified Information. Both forms require you to certify that your submission contains none of that material. Do not attach export-controlled or classified documents. If you believe such material has been sent to us in error, contact support@syncxell.com immediately so we can remove it.
4. How we use it
Submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and maintain the records a contracting relationship requires. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a content management system operated by SYNCXELL on infrastructure we control, and are transmitted to us over TLS. Form notifications are delivered by email through an authenticated mail service. Access is limited to SYNCXELL personnel who need it to respond.
6. Cookies
This site sets a single strictly necessary cookie, PHPSESSID, which maintains your
session while you browse. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising
cookies, analytics cookies or third-party trackers, and no third party profiles you through this
site.
7. Retention
Enquiries and quote requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet record retention obligations applicable to government and commercial contracting. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
8. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted. Write to support@syncxell.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act; we honour those requests on the same channel.
9. Security
Traffic to this site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a Content Security Policy, and clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections enabled. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
10. Changes
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
